Thrift Deposit
Thrift Deposit is a compulsory savings and it is recovered from the monthly salary of a member. Presently Rs.1200 /-to Rs.1500 (depending on quantum of Loan availed) is being recovered towards Thrift. Interest on thrift is calculated and credited to member salary a/c through TTUM from the year 2019-20 onwards. AFTER CLOSING OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR
Fixed Deposit
The society accepts Fixed Deposit from member or other UCO Bank Confirmed Employee after he becomes a Member. The minimum deposit is Rs. 10,000/-
Surety Relief Fund
All members are covered under surety relief fund. Under this scheme, in the event of unfortunate demise of the member the Net Liability shall be adjusted and the member’s family need not bear the Liability arising out of the calamity. This amount shall be given back to the member on CLOSURE of membership.
It is also a compulsory savings scheme which is recovered from the salary every month, presently between Rs. 350 and Rs. 800 depending on the quantum of loan availed.
Funeral Expenses
In the event of unfortunate death of a Member a sum of Rs. 10000 is given to the kin of the family for immediate expenses.
